Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle Tier 1 help desk tickets / escalations through tickets or phone
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
- Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process
- Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
- Desktop Support, setup and configuration
- Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma / Certificate in Computer Studies or equivalent
- At Least 1 year relevant working experience
- Have a strong technical knowledge in Windows, Mac OS
- MCP / MCSE / MCITP holder preferred
- Implementation of new projects
- Good interpersonal skills, initiative, work independently
