Responsibilities:

Contract to a government department to provide support in the implementation, programming and testing of  1) Campaign Records System,  2) Culture Information Mobile App,  3) e-Magazine,  4) Sports Subvention Management System, and  5) Public Sector Information.

• Carry out software development to meet business requirement;
• Perform database administration; and
• Prepare system documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 4 years IT work experience;
• Minimum 2 years experience in PHP programming;
• Knowledge of Web Application development with Java and HTML and data operations in SQL Server are required;
• Knowledge of report generation using Crystal Reports and Mobile App maintenance are an advantage; and
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
