Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT deskside and helpdesk support services to customer through various channels
- Assign work tasks to team members for follow up
- Lead a team to deliver managed IT support service to customer
- Maintain hardware and software inventory, generate related reports as required
- Perform computer operation support including data backup, IT facilities administration, installation and configuration of desktop PC, printers and peripherals
- Report work progress and result to management for service improvement
- Perform ad-hoc assignments / projects as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in computer science or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years working experience with Bank/Financial institution background
- Well experience in AD, Exchange, WSUS, McAfee EPO, SCCM, Altiris, SOE Management (MDT), MS Windows, MS Office, Cisco VPN, Mobile email (iPhone/iPad/Android), Chrome, VC (Skype) etc
- Good knowledge on DNS & TCP / IP, Internet technology & Mac support
- Can work under pressure and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese
