Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact of the Hong Kong office to provide daily IT help and technical assistance to all staff in Hong Kong.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties, be responsible for the configuration, maintenance and trouble-shooting of the Company’s software applications, email access, internet access and PC hardware, telephone, video conference, audio equipment, etc.
  • Maintain hardware and software asset management and provide accurate information on IT products or services.
  • Advise business departments or functional departments on the best IT solution when purchasing IT system is in progress.
  • Be responsible for data backup, routine check and server room’s housekeeping to ensure normal operation.
  • Daily operation, system administration and maintenance on the I.T. infrastructure, including server room management, hardware, networking, etc.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of anti-virus, fire wall and related software to ensure data security.
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.  

 

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Computer Science/ IT or related discipline
  • 3 years demonstrated experience as a corporate network administrator
  • Familiar with networking
  • Literate in Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office environments
  • Excellent interpersonal, self-initiative, enthusiastic and team player
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
