This role will develop J2EE web based applications utilising the underlying technical platform to support business needs.

Key Result Areas

• Provide support for day to day operational tasks
• Analyze, design, develop and maintain supply chain related web applications
• Provide second level application support to local and overseas offices
• Work with testing team to ensure high quality releases
• Regular contact with the Development and Testing teams located throughout China and Hong Kong.

We looking for candidates with the following skills and experience

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in software development, implementation and documentation.
• Highly skilled in Java EE and PL/SQL programming.
• Additional experience with any of Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JSP, HTML, CSS, JQuery/JS, Groovy/Grails, Amazon Cloud Services, JMS  and Maven will be a bonus
• Understand the concepts around object oriented programming.
• Familiar with web-based application development (MVC model).
• Self-motivated, dynamic and able to work under pressure
• Demonstrated learning agility
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
