Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling internal and external technical support requests for numerous Enterprise Application Solutions
- Provide tier 2 support to internal & external customers via phone & email
- Participate in new product and solution evaluation
- Setup, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux servers and systems
- Provide consulting services and support for release package testing, installation and deployment of system software
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Holder of CCNA/CCNP and/or MCSE/MCITP will be an advantage
- 2 - 3 years' working experience in IT networking and infrastructure
- Experience in handling wifi solution is preferrable
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good team player, self-motivated, responsible, analytical, strong problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
