Work Location : Shau Kei Wan Yiu Tung Centre

Job Descriptions:

• Provide daily office IT technical support ;
• Perform hardware/software installation, maintenance of PCs, printers email accounts etc.
• Perform system and network troubleshooting and system backup and control as appropriate;
• Provide necessary support on operation of various systems/applications; including procurement and communication with service providers
• Assist in providing technical support re websites & facebooks of the organization; 
• Maintain computer inventory
• Assist in IT-related projects such as relocation, hardware deployment, software upgrade and change;

Job Requirements:

• Higher-Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred;
• Knowledge in Windows operation and Email applications;
• Min. 1-2 years' working experience in IT support;
• Good communications skill and self-motivated.
