The first product on our journey to become a fully digital banking platform will be a multi-currency travel card with an innovative e-wallet application. We look for technologists and engineers that demonstrate curiosity and creativity in problem solving and in return we offer access to new and novel technology in an environment that encourages learning, sharing and pushing the boundaries.The ideal candidate for this Infrastructure/ DevOps Engineer position is someone with strong experience in developing and managing network and IT infrastructure with modern cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Setup key SLA metrics and be innovative at continuously improve overall infrastructure with better system designs and modern technologies to work towards a world-class reliable, scalable, and extensible infrastructure
• Design, architect, and own existing operational solutions for managing our infrastructure with the specific goal of increasing the automation, repeatability, and consistency of operational tasks
• Watch over the company’s system and network risk elements and find appropriate measures to mitigate those overall risks
• Be a modern network administrator to automate and develop specific solutions to help the engineering teams such as monitoring solutions to alert engineers; be a star team player and resolve key system issues with other teammates
• Provide network administration and troubleshooting; work closely with engineers to identify root causes and solve issues in a fast-paced environment
• Scale systems sustainability through mechanisms like automation, and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in system infrastructure management and development
• Experience in networking (Site-to-Site IPsec, HAProxy, iptables, etc) and Linux administration / tuning are required
• Strong proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS ecosystem (VPC, EC2, RDS, etc) is highly preferred
• A programmer well versed in Python, GoLang, or other cross-platform scripting is  desirable
• Experience in utilizing automations to build and enhance infrastructure with good working knowledge in Ansible, Docker, Jenkins is desirable
• Ability to prioritize, work to tight deadlines, manage multiple and changing priorities
• A true passion for entrepreneurship and changing the status quo. A never-ending desire to grow and learn
