Job Description
An opportunity has arisen to lead and mentor a small team within a growing financial services company as they embark upon a large transformation. Working with global stakeholders, you will focus on a mix of infrastructure projects and BAU activities. You will be given a clear, relaxed and supportive environment with strong incentive schemes, and the opportunity to manage a growing team at a critical time of change.
Responsibilities
Manage IT services in accordance with ITIL processes to ensure robust IT service and standards
Provide on-going service level agreement assessment
Handle change and incident management
Provide preventative measures for system security and performance
Provide guidance and escalation handling to junior team members
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar
Approximately 10 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, security and service delivery
ITIL certification
Strong people and stakeholder management skills, able to work in complex matrix environments
ISO27001 would be a definite advantage
