Job Description

Executive Summary

The Company is a regional, specialist technology services provider, our offerings range from computing, networks and telecommunications to audio/visual and multimedia.

Responsible for all sales activities required to meet monthly performance goals. Activities span from lead generation to closing and delivery of deals,develop, obtain approval and implement Sales Plan which will meet both individual and business quotas and targets. Collaborate with production and administration teams to achieve customer satisfaction, gross profit generation, and long-term business goals in line with company vision and values.

Being a young dynamic company with a strong focus in Asia, it has established a strong client network including all of the major FSI companies as well as top global luxury retails brands.

Major Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities in a proactive, ethical and profitable manner
  • Meet sales financial sales quotas and targets
  • Manage assigned accounts in a professional manner and grow profits according to assigned KPI
  • Ensure we have a clear and detailed set of client requirements for sales opportunities
  • Track all opportunities and sales activities in the salesforce.com CRM system in a timely manner
  • Maintain regular contact with the assigned clients, solicit feedback and assist in managing issues that arise
  • Perform account satisfaction checks and solicit referrals
  • Providing client feedback solicited to the management team for us to improve our service quality
  • Handle daily sales enquiry in a professional manner
  • Proactively manage hardware maintenance renewal and service contract renewals for assigned clients
  • Manage accounts receivable
  • Identify changes of personnel important to us at clients and establish appropriate relationships following those changes
  • Maintain all account information in CRM system

Key Requirements: 

  • Degree level in business related disciplines
  • At least 3 to 5 years of major account / IT solution sales experience;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Spoken Cantonese and Putonghua are desirable
  • Market and technical knowledge on AV / ICT Solutions are advantage
  • Selling technology solutions into financial clients would be an advantage but not critical
  • Good relationship with business partners like end users, project management companies, interior design companies are advantage
  • Excellent cross-cultured communication skills including formal and informal presentations, listening ability and the effective & proactive escalation of issues
  • Excellent self-organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under deadline pressure
