Our client is a top-tier multinational investment bank and financial services company who is looking for an experienced BA/PM to join the fast pacing team to work on a global project.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with multiple stakeholders including various business units and technology teams in APAC
• Gather requirements for development team
• Prepare system documentations such as user requirement and user manual
• Conduct, manage and monitor system development and implementation
• Progress tracking of an implementation to meet deliverables
• Support production environment, assist in diagnosis and resolution of incidents, maintain systems' stability and integrity

Requirements:

• Experience in finance domain - capital markets business knowledge including derivatives
• Experience in handling large scale system retirement and migration programs
• Understanding of trade capture systems of different asset classes
• Strong in base data structures and algorithms
• Knowledge in agile methodology
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both verbal and written
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
