Role  

You will be responsible for being an Associate Producer / Project Executive who manages tier 1 clients and projects, with our award-winning team. Projects vary from: enterprise solutions, marketing touch-points and experiential creative projects. On a day to day basis you will be required to get involved in the production process to help each team and project reach the milestones required.  

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre- and post- sales support to projects and clients.   
• Key interface between the Digital Solutions Team and clients, Creative, Account Servicing, third party vendors etc. 
• Help to manage change requests and client expectations working closely with the project management team. 
• Handle on-going project support request, and provide hands-on resolution which may include problem diagnosis, code fixing, content updates etc.  
• Provide project coordination to assigned projects and prepare relevant documentation when needed.  
• Manage and work on assigned project activities, such as brain-storming sessions, internal/ external meetings, content management via CMS, testing,as well as project related logistics.
• Flexible in managing customer expectation while maintaining project profitability and timeline.
• Analyze business and user requirements, propose solutions and creating design specifications when needed.
• Consistent reporting on projects progress.
• Support your supervisor and be guided and trained on handling projects related issues on daily basis.

 Requirements: 

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React JS/ AngularJS). 
• Have experience and knowledge of CSS framework, e.g. Bootstrap. 
• Experience working with JQuery Mobile. 
• Minimum 1.5 years' experience with web development. Have work experience in the commercial field, preferably from a creative/interactive/solution agency or system integrator.
  
• Understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures. 
• Ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and clients while leading development to a completed and successful solution. 
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese. 
• Affinity to work in a fast paced creative environment with tight deadlines, also having the opportunity to work on-site with our strategic client.
  
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, hardworking. Especially with a can-do attitude.
  
• Excellent interpersonal & good communication skill.
• Experience on content management system (CMS), such as OpenText, TeamSite, Sitecore, Drupal, Kentico, Umbraco, SharePoint, Magnolia will be a plus.
• Good team player.
• With strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification holder, preferably on digital, information technology, software development, computer science, multimedia or related field.
