Job Description

Our company is seeking for IT professionals to provide IT support services to our customers.

In this position you will gain experience in a large variety of cutting-edge cloud technologies and such as Linux, Windows Server, Virtualization and Networking.

Responsibilities:

Monitor system and network and report failures
Server deployment and maintenance
Perform technical operation tasks, follow checklists and complete tasks with good quality
Work with external providers and internal parties for fault isolation and service restoration

Job Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Computer / Information Technology or related disciplines
Sound knowledge of server management ( Windows / Linux )
Networking knowledge
Hands on experience in system and network troubleshooting
Good communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit
Service-oriented and hard-working
Good problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
