Our client is one of largest department store retailers.  To cope with expansion, we are seeking qualified professional to join their dynamic team. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and provide support hardware/Software, video conference and telephone systems
• Responsible for all computer and network system in Asia regions and oversea headquarters
• Responsible the network protection, security and remote connectivity  
• Ensure that all servers are running smoothly to meet business need, including applications
• To work and coordinate with vendors for trouble shooting and system implementation 
• Experience in server operation, application and management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years IT project management and solid IT technical support experience in network, server, system and application administration
• Well versed of MS windows administration, network and IT procurement
• Experience in IP Phone and Skype for Business support are preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English an Chinese
