Job Description
Responsibilities:

Handle telephone calls and general enquiries from customers

Communicate with service provider on orders status

Maintain the client information database
-
Handle and follow up customer and reseller enquiries

Provide training to resellers and onsite training to customers
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Customer Services Manager

Outdoor work may be required
Requirements
- F.6 or above, fresh graduate will also be considered

Experience in payment gateway (e.g. WeChat, Alipay) operation is an advantage
-
Good command of phone manner and customer service skill of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Self-motivated
-
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Positive, mature, friendly, outgoing and able to work under pressure

Be able to take shift duty in future (Five-day work week)
