Requirements :-

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System or IT related disciplines
• At least 8 years IT technical experience, preferably in Financial Institution
• Hands on experience in utilizing Information technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodology to describe process
• Knowledge of information security and governance frameworks, including CobiT, ISO27001 & etc
• Proficiency in preparing written instructions, documentation and various KPI reports
• Good command of spoken and written in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good computer knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word-processing
• Immediately Available is highly preferred

Responsibilities :-

• Maintain and ensure stable IT services are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements
• Manage service lifecycle, often in conjunction within the IT operations team and relevant business functions
• Monitor deviations from internal or external departments, to determine probable causes and carry out preventative measures for service errors of system
• Propose and execute plans and strategies based on the analysis of incidents and problems created
• Responsible for incident management, restore normal operation as quickly as possible
• Perform drill test to ensure critical systems can be resumed on agreed timeline
• Provide assistance and guidance for infrastructure and system support team to handle and maintain various systems and associated hardware, telecommunications equipment and interfaces related to messaging and communication systems
• Align with Company IT Service Management process and to comply with ITIL control requirement
• Review and benchmark IT service standard regularly for future enhancement
• Generate and record various IT services KPI and MI reports
