Job Description
Our client is a sizable MNC. They are looking for an Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits to join their HR Team. Job details as below:
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively support the development and implementation of C&B related policies & programs and ensure they are aligned with the company’s reward strategy and implemented effectively across Headquarters and China Plants
- Plan & participate in salary review, market survey and salary bench-marking
- Recommend salary package and review salary structure
- Facilitate salary budget planning and follow up Benefits Program of China Plants
- Plan and facilitate the annual renewal of China employee benefits program
- Create and prepare C&B analytic reports and presentations
- Assist in ad-hoc C&B Project
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years in C&B, preferably in sizable multinational corporation
- Certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) preferred
- China exposure is absolutely essential
- Understanding full spectrum of HR at operational level
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (i.e. vlookup, Pivot tables)
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Detailed minded, well organized and multi-tasking
