IT services desk / IT operator / Trade Floor Support

Responsibilities:

• To provide front line technical support and maintenance services on server and network administration
• To provide trouble shooting of office / IT equipment, testing and support;
• To execute IT batch jobs and network / server maintenance work;
• To prepare and set up workstations and computers, maintain IT inventory;
• To provide trade floor support;
• May required to work in different shift duties, include overnight shift; and
• To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 /HKDSE holder or above;
• Previous experience in securities firm with hands-on experience in trading system operation is preferred;
• Attentive to details, organized, flexible and hardworking;
• Pleasant, detail-minded and independent;
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese;
• Authorization to work in Hong Kong;
• we do not offer visa sponsorship for any of the positions under this program; and 
• Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision is preferred.
