Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints through email and telephone
  • Produce regular reports for management review
  • Assist in daily operation tasks and provide back office support

Requirements:

  • DSE or above with 1 year of customer service experience
  • Sound knowledge of Windows, Office, accurate Chinese and English typing
  • Fair written English, written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Patient, well-organised and willing to learn
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
