Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of executive and secretarial support including business translation and interpretation, travel arrangement, business meeting coordination, calendar management, etc
• Participate in business meetings and prepare business correspondence and presentation materials
• Provide general PA duties
• Coordinate Ad Hoc project assigned

Requirements

• University graduate
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Strong problem solving skills and be able to provide assistance when needed
• Multi tasking, able to work under pressure and tight time line
• Occasion business travel required
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
• Office location : Shatin
