You are responsible for

• Serves as the Technical Consultant for implementing solutions that requires analysis of situations or data.
• Provides technical review of system configurations to ensure viability of system performance.
• Prepares as-built drawings to document work completed during project or particular job.
• Provides technical support for pre-sales, project implementation and post-sales consultation and support.
• Resolves complex customer issues and remote onsite support with independent judgment based on strong IT knowledge and skills.
• Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the Philips solution.
• Delivers customer projects that require analysis of situations and full understanding of the solution being implemented.
• Works in conjunction with internal Project Managers, Clinical Application Consultants, Field Service Engineers and related business third parties.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor Degree or above major in Information Systems Technology, Software Engineering and Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years working experience from medical or healthcare industry is preferred
• Candidate with all or either one of the below professional knowledge and/or advanced certifications is definitely an advantage.

1. Systems (Operating System, Virtualization, Database)
2. Data Mining (Database, SQL, Scripting)
3. Networks (Routing, Wireless, VPN, Hardware (e.g., routers, switches, etc.)
4. Integration (HL7, API, Programming)

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication skill and good command in English and Chinese.
• Deliver required results with high levels of customer satisfaction for both internal and external
