Job Description
This is a joint role between Rugbytots Hong Kong and Hong Kong Scottish Rugby Club. The successful candidate will be required to deliver on duties in a split role, creating a full-time position.
Duties:
Provide administrative support to the team
Provide schedules to the coaches
Monthly payroll to the coaches
Social media and event management
Assist with advertising campaigns (training will be provided)
Contact point for schools and parents
Requirements:
Fluent in written and spoken English
HK permanent resident
Fresh graduates welcome
Proficient computer skills
Flexible working hours
You must be:
Presentable, outgoing and friendly
A team player
Passionate about sport is advantageous
Desirable:
Cantonese Speaking

Rugby Tots Hong Kong provides boys and girls between the ages of 2-7 with fun, interactive sporting sessions which help with their physical and cognitive development. These classes have been specifically developed to teach and challenge the children in a fun and safe environment. Our coaches have all been trained to the highest standard.
We currently operate out of 20 locations throughout Hong Kong and are looking to expand in the coming months.
