Responsibilities:

• Support and follow through the recruitment process including job posting, profile screening, interview arrangement, reference checking, preparation of documents and logistic arrangement.
• Based on the hiring needs to identify the best methods to fill up the post in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively and confidently at all levels, over the phone, face to face, by apps and email.
• Maintain and update employee data, staff attendance and payroll administration for temporary staffing management.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and assigned by supervisor

• Good numerical skills and strong attention to details and deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, proactive, detail minded, well organized, team player with “can do” attitude to work with different parties
• Ability to adapt multi-task with tight deadlines
