Responsibilities:

Contract to a government department to perform Enhancement, Maintenance and On-going Support of Infrastructure of Mission-critical IT System and Office Automation (OA) Facilities.

• Support the infrastructure and IT security of the mission-critical IT system on cloud platform;
• Monitor the engaged contractors to implement the IT projects;
• Lead a team of in-house IT staff to support the project implementation, and maintain the OA facilities for supporting around 600 internal end users; and
• Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders for provision of good support services.

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 10 years IT work experience;
• Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager or similar capacity;
• Must have solid experience in project management and on-going support of in-housed developed IT systems and services;
• Must have solid experience in IT security;
• Must have solid experience in supporting IT infrastructure for hosting 3-tiers web-based application running on Windows Server (preferably 2012 R2) and Oracle database (preferably 12c);
• Experience in supporting IT infrastructure of application running in cloud environment is an advantage;
• Support experience in Government OA systems including Windows Active Directory (AD) server, Lotus Notes email system and Confidential Messaging Application (CMSG) is an advantage;
• Should have good written communication and interpersonal skills; and
• Should be hard-working and self-motivated with positive attitude.
