Job Responsibilities:

1. Administration

• Provide full spectrum of administrative services including but not limited to office and factory management, office supplies and procurement, office renovation, insurance, fixed assets and facility management, vehicle management, fire service management, license renewal etc.
• Review and implement corporate workflow procedures and processes
• Preform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

2. HR

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including daily HR operation, staff on-boarding and exit administratiojn, employee records management, recruitment, training and development, manpower planning, performanc management and staff relations
• Review, implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
• Plan and organize staff relations activities and company events like annual dinner etc.

Requirements:

• Preferably degree in business administration
• At least 6 years of Administration & Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years gained with sizable companies
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and local regulations
• Preferably familiar with HRIS and with experience in managing large renovation projects
• Pleasant with strong interpersonal & problem solving skills, and be able to work independently and initiatively
• Good comand of spoken & written English, Chinese and Putonghua

• 5.5 days work per week
• Working location: Yuen Long Industrial Estate
