To cope with our business need, Talent Pro is currently looking for an experienced People Development Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of recruitment process including internal recruiter selection, performance management, &  employees relations
• Provide strategic consulting advice through competent business engagements with management team
• Design and implement talent development programs to meet the business growth and needs
• Work closely with the management team to build up the succession plan for the company and other organization development projects
• Develop the training plans to improve recruiter development function and maintain training budgets
• Develop new sales leads and help to achieve sales goals
• Perform any ad hoc projects and assignments as requested

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 5 years’ relevant working experience in recruitment functions
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Aggressive, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Possess high professional standard of integrity and confidentiality
• Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills with staff at all levels
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Solid recruitment experience in Recruitment Consultancy Firm is preferred
• Good knowledge in Employment Ordinances and MPF Schemes Ordinance
