Responsibilities:

-  Provide professional secretarial support to the senior management;

-  Prepare meeting agenda & presentation materials, take meeting minutes, and handle related paperwork;

-  Handle confidential information, maintaining good filing system to ensure safe-keeping of records, correspondence and documents;

-  Provide administrative services to the company, such as printing, scanning, filling forms, etc;

-  Data Management and supervise part-time contractors of Data Science team;

-  Handle ad-hoc projects as required.

 Requirements:

-  Good communication skills;

-  Good speaking and writing skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese;

-  Working experiences in secretarial, coordination, and administrative are preferred;

-  Well-organized, details-oriented, responsible, flexible, and self-motivated;

-  Comfortable working with Mac and PC computers;

-  Comfortable in learning new computer tools & software.
