Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff members.
• Provide support of hardware, office IT facilities, software, network, e-mail, office applications and office software.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software systems, network equipment and printers.
• Repair equipment and replace parts.
• Assist in daily administration operation and support if necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of corporate networking support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating environment (Windows 2012/2016 Server, Active Directory, DNS & IIS)
• Knowledge of networking equipment such as proxy servers, firewalls, routers and switches.
• Experience/knowledge on CISCO IP-Phone System is advantages
• Proactive and good team player;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Immediately available is preferred;
