Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain business relationship between the IT team and its customers (both internal and external, including customers and vendors) to ensure that project portfolio reflects the needs of the clients & benefits from new technologies.
• Be a consultant to our internal business and to our external customers/vendors and provide best practice/technology advice.
• Proactively identify solutions to internal business team to improve efficiency, bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions.
• Collaboration with customers/vendors in order to build sustainable partnership with customers/vendors and ensures high levels of retention.
• Initiate & coordinate IT projects to meet adequately all business needs and ensure all IT projects are streamlined according to Business strategy and with an acceptable ROI.
• Collaborate closely with internal IT teams in actualizing company's goal towards better service delivery and operation efficiency.
• Report activities directly to both business stakeholder and IT account management head, regarding the status of any client-related transaction, roadmap, strategy.
• Coordinate all internal external teams to ensure compliance with customer's expectations.
• Proactive, self-initiated passionate with an excellent can-do attitude, responsible and committed to quality results.
• Effective communication and organization skills

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years solid experience as IT business relations partners, with F&B/retail company experience is an advantageous.
• PMP or Six Sigma certificate is a plus
• Preferably with solid experience in retail technology projects implementation such digital marketing, E-commerce, Mobile Apps, and POS
• Experience in creating Statements of Work, communication plans, risk plans, resource plans, project plans, and other associated project documents.
• Strong Customer Focus, with good communication & presentation skill.
• Energetic and fast learner and able to pick up business case proactively.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
