Job Description
Owned by a listed corporation in HK (Blue Chip), our clientis a telecommunication service provider in HK and PRC. It is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:

The Role:
- Monitor planned activities, outage control and performance of all network elements
- Ensure Operation KPIs such as MTTA, MTTR are met
- Manage the operation teams to provide daily network monitoring, management and service quality assurance in a telecommunications network operation center on a 24-hour basis
- Act as a trainer to the teammates on network topology and alarm explanation
- Liaise with related parties to provide alert and fault report to minimize network interruption
- Manage fault reports, analyze fault and provide solution to reduce occurrence
- Provide customer support service and handle hotline enquiries
The Person:
- Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Electronics or Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experiences in telecom industry, preferably with exposure in ISP environment / data centers
- Hands on experience in building front-end interfaces using HTML and CSS will be advantageous
- Knowledge in mySQL, PHP, shell scripting and Linux system administration is preferred
- Knowledge in XML development and MS PowerShell is preferred
- Customer-focused and self-driven in problem solving
