Responsibilities:

• Implement ITSM tools, in accordance to the planned schedule, service levels and quality, conduct system testing, provide documentation and on-going system support
• Conduct projects focusing on the area of IT Service Management by utilizing ITIL best practice processes, IT Discovery and Monitoring solutions, Mobility solutions and Asset Management 
• Coordinate the project outstanding actions and follow up on the clients’ requirements to make sure the project is proceeding on track
• Oversee the project progress and provide Meeting Minutes, Progress Reports, Risk Register Update, etc. to ensure good quality deliverables are provided punctually and the client’s expectations are well managed 

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Computer Science or above
• 1 year IT experience (Fresh Graduate will be considered if Graduated from Computer Science)
• Fast learner, self-disciplined and responsible
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
