Job Responsibilities:

• Provide IT strategic directions, budgeting and year plan
• Oversee system development, network administration, IT infrastructure, security control and technical support services
• Take a lead of feasibility study and implementation of IT projects, participate in the requirements capture, design and testing phases of projects; determine resource requirements, prioritize and resolve conflicts between projects, monitor project schedules
• In-charge vendor management and procurement management
• Effectively manage outsourced IT services and personnel
• Plan, develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Manage  project plans, costs, and benefits and make relevant recommendations to business and technology leadership team, identify opportunities for continuous operational improvement and cost-efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum of 12 years of managerial experience in project management (incl. planning, budgetary control, people management), experienced in managing corporate-wide large scale project and strong in retail and manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Strong track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget, and able to interact with business partners and multiple teams
• Self-motivated, strong leadership, good co-ordination and communication skills
• Hands on experience in implementing Oracle ERP system and Retail System
• Holder of MCSE or MCITP, CCNA is an advantage
