Responsibilities:

• Responsible for client communication which includes product demos and technical discussions
• Engage and consult with customers and sales people to gather customer requirements and address technical inquiries or solutions
• Maintain status reports for project stakeholders to communicate issues /progress both internally and externally
• Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in Live Chat / Messaging / Chatbot solution development / consultation / support
• Experience in understanding customer functional and technical requirements and be able to quickly do impact analysis
• Must be highly motivated, creative, proactive and solution-oriented
• Excellent communication and customer presentation skills
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
