Job Description
We are seeking a well-motivated person with solid technical supporting background to play a key role in our eLearning solution development. As a Technical support / IT Technician in eLearning Project Team, you’ll be part of a team responsible for analysing, designing, and developing highly engaging learning experiences and solutions that will fuel our growth as an EdTech company. You will work with product and technical leaders across the organization to realize the product vision.
Job description:
- Responsible daily IT help desk support for in-house & external user
- Be responsible for software support activities in school environment
- Perform regular tasks including system health checking and maintenance.
- Work with hardware/software team to resolve relevant IT problems.
- Provide on-site software installation & demonstration of company software solution
- Managing customer relationships to ensure early and open communication that meets customer expectations
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
Job requirement:
- Holder of Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
- 1 year or above experience in a technical support role
- Product support knowledge
- Detail minded, Outstanding organizational, analytical & problem solving skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail, multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Experience of school environment is a definite plus
- Knowledge in Linux operations and system administration will be an advantage
- Good communications skills in English and Chinese
