Responsibilities:

• Provide first line helpdesk support to internal user
• Perform identity management including user account creation, modification, deletion, and review reporting
• Perform password management activities covering privileged IDs and user IDs
• Coordinate IT support team’s actions during services request handling
• Provide status update of received requests and incidents
• Prepare regular call reports and management summary report
• Create and refine service level measurement mechanism, upcoming implementations and documentations

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder of Information Technology (or) relevant training is preferred
• HKMA ECF-C recognized certificate is preferred
• Experience in IT service management
• Attend external IT seminars / conferences to stay abreast of technology innovations that can improve the design and development of bank wide workflow system
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Familiar with MS Office
• Good communication, presentable, proactive, detail-mind, flexible and mature
