Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with IT team and stakeholders to identify project requirements and communicate various steps of the project
• Assist, develop and maintain project requirements approach, schedules, and management reporting
• Analyze and document business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Perform quality assurance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years relevant experience in insurance industry
• Proven experience in documenting requirements
• Strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies and techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively with system developers and system users
• Excellent communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
