Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT operations, System Servers and Networks support, upgrades and maintenance;
• Responsible for maintain & manage the ERP system, VPN, Programs & data backup;
• Provide IT devices, hardware & software installation, system setup and configuration work;
• Provide IT support and resolve problems for the end users;
• Handle any duties & ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines;
• Min. 1 year solid experience in system support and data management;
• Knowledge in SQL Server, Windows Server management, LAN/WAN Network and HTML programming;
• Good command in spoken & written English/Chinese;
• Good in communication, problem solving & able to work under pressure;
• Occasionally travel to other factories in China in Dongguan/Jiangmen is required;
• Immediately available is preferred;
• Fresh graduates are also considered.
