Job Duties:

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Project Teams to provide relevant system/program for customers;
• Responsible for technical pre-sales and consultancy to corporate customers;
• Communicate with project owners and provide support at the first-line;
• Handle sales related documentations such as proposals, project specifications, etc.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years' experiences of relevant working experience; candidate with less experience may also consider as 'Trainee'
• Good at customer service, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and well-organised;
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment;
• Passion to learn new technologies and able to identify new IT trend;
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
• Travel to mainland China occasionally;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
