WHAT YOU'LL DO:    

1. Desktop hardware and software support

• Track and log support issues by carefully leveraging incident management processes
• Provide software, hardware and network troubleshooting support

2. Operational Duties

• Perform scheduled tasks including systems capacity and performance checks, verification of backup jobs
• Administer user accounts in various systems
• Resolve operational issues where possible, and escalate issues when necessary
• Perform IT equipment administration
• Provide support for users with computer problems
• Respond to IT Service e-mail requests
• Record the details of problems and requests
• Provide occasional out-of-hours support

3. Systems Administration

• Setup, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of network and server systems
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the office operation when necessary 

4. Report Writing & Coding

• Assist in ERP report writing
• Coding for company website or other IT tools

WHAT BASIC QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU NEED: 

• Diploma or above with related studies in the Computer Science discipline
• At least 2 years’ experience and exposure in IT Support field
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux server installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Solid field experience in networking products, such as switch, router & firewall
• Familiar with simple SQL programming
• Sound knowledge of HK SAR IT related ordinances and regulations
• Infrastructure & VPN knowledge is a plus
• Positive, Passionate, Proactive and Willing to learn
• Innovative, able to growth and share
• Able to communicate with all level of employees
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  
• With less experience will be considered as IT Support Assistant
