Responsibilities:

• Lead product ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features
• Preform product analyze and deification and drive product plan and roadmap
• Work closely with senior management, sales, marketing, engineering and quality assurance to strategize, plan, and build products
• Monitor released product by setting appropriate KPIs to ensure the product is meeting its goals
• Write specifications, including goals, use cases, requirements, and workflows
• Manage the product life-cycle from strategic planning to tactical launch activities
• Ensure products and releases are launched on schedule to achieve results
• Design innovative product features with the goal of improving customer acquisition, retention, and sales
• Drive strategic alignment with company business goals

Requirements:

• Proven record of launching successful web products
• Bachelor's degree, BA/CS/EE/Engineering degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management (start-up experience, technology is highly preferable), 2+ years of experience leading e-commerce product team is preferred
• Experience at large international consumer electronics brands will be a big plus
• Deep understanding of service oriented architecture and web technologies. Ability to contribute to a technical discussion is a strong plus
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Fluent in analytics, conversion, and engagement
