As part of the Support Team, you are responsible for:

• Provide on-site end user support services
• Handling Computer problem handling, IT request service from end user
• Manage IT asset inventory and daily IT routine job
• Maintain Customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in IT or related discipline;
• Requires 1+ years of related IT support experience;
• Good soft skills on communication, email and phone conversation.
• Technical Knowledge on desktop, networking, and general PC applications, like Microsoft Office;
• Holder of MCP, or MCSE, MCITP, CCNA is an advantage;
• Willing to listen and learn, hardworking, team player
• Fresh graduate is welcomed
