Responsibilities:

• provide project management leadership for the development and implementation of new ERP, POS and other IT projects.

• responsible for the execution and supervision of project deliverables and the day-to-day operations of the project, including risk identification/mitigation, budget, status updates, meeting minutes, etc. 

• provide strong expertise to develop, evaluate and execute implementation plans, and develop and clarify requirements, scope and technology feasibility for each project.

• acquisition, assignment and ongoing management of project resources. 

• communication of project status to the Management, the Project Committee and users.
• Track and measure project performance based on schedule, scope, budget and project goals using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

 Requirements:

• bachelor Degree Holder in IT or related discipline.
• minimum 10 years of related experience preferably gained from retail industry.
• minimum 4-5 years of project management experience in ERP / POS implementation with solid technical background and hands-on experience.
• demonstrated experience in leading project teams and successfully overseeing projects involving ERP/POS solutions with cross-functional internal customers and external vendors.
• strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Sharepoint Online, Office 365.

• preference will be given to those with ERP project management experiences on global system like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft AX and/or MS Dynamics NAV.
• project management certification holder is preferred.
• require strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese.
• require strong analytical skills, good judgment and decision-making ability.
