Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line IT helpdesk support services to end users
  • Handle general IT support and enquiries
  • Troubleshoot the hardware and software in PCs, networking equipment
  • Responsible for IT projects or ad hoc tasks as required by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or related discipline
  • 1 year of work experience in helpdesk support would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduate with IT background is also welcome
  • Self-motivated, excellent problem-solving skill, independent and able to meet tight schedule
  • HK Permanent Resident is required
