Duties:

• Assist in drafting reference materials and sample specifications for schools on the procurement, usage and management of mobile devices, including systems for mobile device management (MDM) systems, security and learning management;
• Assist in providing technical advisory services on matters mentioned in (i) as well as those on WIFI infrastructure to schools through various channels, such as seminars, telephone enquiry, face-to face sessions and on-sites visits
• Assist in providing training to IT personnel and technical support staff in schools related to the implementation of the scheme;
• Assist in researching and updating the latest development of related technology for school's reference
• Assist in the on-line dissemination of messages to schools and collection of school data, such as updating relevant project website;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 2 years IT work experience and with at least 1 year in user support
• Familiar with Mobile / Wireless Communication, PC LAN, WAN and basic networking
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
• HK Permanent resident is required
