One of our clients, a system integrator at Hong Kong Island is currently seeking an IT professional to join their elite team. 

Job duties:

• Owns and manages the customer accounts program designed to exceed customer and key product performance goals associated with the ROI
• Adapt and apply customer experience management concepts and practices, combining science with expertise in data and analytics, to meet the clients’ unique needs
• Review the clients’ customer experience management maturity and analyze gaps
• Understand customer acquisition and retention strategies of the clients and then support design solutions using customer experience as the primary focus
• Explore leads and opportunities for Digital Solutions

Job requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• 5 years’ working experience in Consulting Firms
• Possess a customer-centric mind and strong project management skills
• Knowledge of Web technology
• Knowledge / Experience of Digital Industry within e-Commerce and Social Media
• Excellent interpersonal sensitivity, creative thinking and stakeholder management skills
• Strong team player comfortable working both alone and in teams of various sizes            
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua
