Requirements :-

• Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above in Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 5 years experience in IT technical support
• Holder of MCSE and CCNA is preferred
• Knowledge on VMWare vSphere, Windows AD, WSUS, SCCM, MS Office, Outlook, Mac and Adobe Products
• Hands on experience in supporting Cisco switches
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint , English & Chinese Word-processing
• Immediately Available is highly preferred

Responsibilities :-

• Handle tier 1 support calls and escalate issues to tier 2 support in our office and production environment
• Manage hardware and software set-up, maintenance and trouble-shooting
• Provide end-user support of PC and Mac
• Responsible for system support of VMware platform, Windows AD, WSUS, SCCM, MS Office, Outlook, Mac and Adobe products
• Carry out system administration and support of Linux server, web proxy server, Wifi appliance, network switch and firewall
