Job Responsibilities:

• To provide IT support and onsite technical services to end users, including computer facilities, printers, firewalls, routers, network switches, Wi-Fi controller and peripherals
• Provides technical expertise in supporting Network and Desktop technology
• Assigned to complete technical tasks including Project implementation, Project documentation
• To assist in hardware & networking monitoring, maintenance, deployment and support
• Documentation and housekeeping

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
• experience in workstation, server and network support in workstation, server and network support
• Strong knowledge and hand-on experience in Network and Desktop project 
• Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proactive and initiative, able to complete job assignment independently with min supervision and meet tight deadline
• Must has fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
