• provide infrastructure support to Hong Kong office and manage vendor on project implementation and application support

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT operational support and projects (desktop, server, network, security) for Hong Kong Office
• Manage vendor on project implementation and application support service
• Prepare disaster recovery procedures and coordinate annual disaster recovery drill
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Develop and ensure external vendors to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ IT operations support and project experience with securities firm or financial services company
• Experienced in supporting desktop, server, network, security
• Knowledge in trading application / software such as Bloomberg, e-broker, GBS, CCASS is highly preferred
• Strong in vendor management
• Excellent communication skill
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
