We have several clients, who are leading IT and communication service providers in HK, looking for dynamic and high caliber IT technical support specialists.  Experienced IT professionals or recent graduates with relevant background are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems timely
• Support products provisioning
• Conduct regular inspection to assure system quality and performance
• Handle and record service tickets / escalations
• Perform on-site technical support to customers when necessary
• Implementation of IT projects and handle other ad hoc duties if required

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma holder in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
  
• 1 year or above relevant working experience in IT technical support preferred
• Solid technical knowledge in Windows and Mac OS, Email Applications, Email Clients, Email client setup, Email architecture concepts and DNS, etc.
• Knowledge in Linux Web Hosting, Linux Email and Linux DNS is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and able to work independently
• More experienced candidates will be considered as more senior position
• Recent graduates with IT background are also welcome
