Key Responsibilities:

• Perform user requirements analysis to understand the business needs
• Perform solution design for achieving the target business outcomes
• Work closely with development team and/or external service provider(s) for solution delivery, which included but not limited to requirement confirmation, functional specification, testing, training and UAT support
• Provide support and advice to users and other IT teams in solution design and delivery perspective
• Provide support in IT initiatives / projects when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 4-5 years’ experience in IT field, with minimum 3 years’ experiences in SAP ERP Solution (Any of the following SAP modules: FICO/SD/MM/PP/QM/PS/PLM)
• Familiar with ABAP coding is an advantage, but not mandatory
• SAP Certification is a value-added advantage
• Industry experience in Manufacturing / FMCG / F&B is an advantage
• Experience in Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing & ETL implementation is an advantage
• Experience and/or knowledge in Oracle / HANA / MS SQL database are advantages
• Strong business acumen and result-oriented
• Good communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Good team player while be able to work independently
• Able to communicate in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Occasional travel will be required
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Business Analyst
